I bout a Platinum Pen from Amazon last July, it stopped working last month. I spoke to a Microsoft Live Chat rep from the Surface Team last month, whom I email my receipt and discussed the problem. She said they were sending me a replacement, I got a service order my service order. Well, I gave the local line a try Estoniabut it's just an automated system in Estonian, a language I don't speak.

Plus it being Saturday, I doubt there's anyone there. I will probably have to wait until Monday night and call the US line, but I'd really rather just chat or send an email, I really hate talking to customer service on the phone. The worst thing is that the "Virtual Agent" gatekeeper won't even let me Live Chat with anyone on the Surface team, because my Surface warranty is expired, even though this is about a product purchased separately much later.

Microsoft's unwillingness to engage with its customers is so aggravating, my service order. Does anyone know how I can just email the service support team and ask them about this service order? Microsoft really doesn't support Surface in countries where it is not sold, so I'm not surprised you are having issues. They don't offer any kind of email support, my service order.

I suspect that calling the US my service order is your best option, and you may have to have the replacement sent on to someone in a supported country for them to resend to you. You may be surprised to learn they're actually pretty good about this. I had to get the original pen replaced shortly after purchasing my SP3 a few years back, and they sent me a new one without issue. I also had to get a new power cable because mine was warped from overheating, my service order.
